RESISTANCE ZONE

Unlike most other gyms our resistance machines are designed to facilitate natural functional movement rather than isolated strength training like traditional seated resistance equipment. Find the difference!

FREE WEIGHTS ZONE

For those of you that are experienced gym users do you notice anything that’s missing in this area compared to a traditional club? We purposefully only select free weights and training tools that are aligned with the EVOmove philosophy of developing skillful human movement focused on injury prevention.

PLAYGROUND

Often as adults, we forget how to play - you guessed it - not at EVO. The natural movements children do while playing freely are the core inspiration of our Playground training zone. Who would have thought that the best workout you’ve ever had could be this much fun?

MOBILITY ZONE

Flexibility plays an important part in functional fitness training and injury prevention. Find our little "zen" zone equipped by Yoga Wall, Swedish ladders, foam rollers, gym balls and other equipment for your perfect stretching session.
